Liaoning North dynasol Synthetic Rubber Co., Ltd. (LND) is located in Panjin City, Liaoning Province. It is a joint-stock company established by China north Huajin Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. and dynasol group, which hold 50% of each. The design capacity of the company is 100000 t / A, which was put into operation in July 2015.

The company has a 50000 T / a SBS production line and a 50000 T / a SSBR / LCBR production line. The product follows the product trademark calprene of Spain dynaso, the shareholder and technology provider ® Solprene ® ， It has the production capacity of 3 categories and 39 brands of styrene butadiene rubber products.

SBS

Triblock copolymers with styrene and butadiene as monomers, which have the characteristics of both plastic and rubber, are called “the third generation synthetic rubber”. It has excellent tensile strength, large surface friction coefficient, good low temperature performance, excellent electrical performance, good processing performance and so on.

SSBR

It has the advantages of wear resistance, cold resistance, low heat generation, low shrinkage, good color, less ash, high purity and fast vulcanization speed. It also has good touch, good weather resistance, good resilience and small permanent deformation. The development and utilization prospect is very broad

LCBR

Compared with Gao Shun rubber, it has the advantages of low gel content, good chromaticity, no transition metal and moderate rubber particle size. It has excellent cold resistance, resilience, wear resistance, aging resistance and oil resistance, especially low-temperature flexibility.
